MILLING BUSINESS

Flour milling is a simple yet profound process. In addition to aroma and texture, original flavors of ingredients are especially important. To ensure an optimal balance of elements, many prototypes and developments were made in the past 30 years. With our ISO9001 certification, an international standard for quality control, we will continue to manufacture products that are “safe, secure, and high quality.”

COMMISSIONED PROCESSING

Our past achievements include stable production of domestic rice flour with stable pasting viscosities during secondary processing, low-cost finely ground coffee powder milled at room temperature as a substitute for flavoring agents, deeply roasted black bean powder with the aroma and taste of cacao, low-cost germinated brown rice powder, and value added feeds using white peach residue.

PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT

We have made many of our own products in hopes that our ideas can be used to help manufacturers develop new products. Bread and bakeries using extra finely ground soybean powder and healthy food are expected to grow significantly in the market. Using soybean powder in traditional Japanese sweets? It may sound like an unconventional idea, but we believe that those ideas can lead to new innovations.

SOYBEAN BUSINESS

Soybean contains protein comparable to meat, with a good balance of active ingredients such as dietary fiber, vitamin, and minerals. The rapidly growing new soybean market will take root in our lives in the future as healthy food tech ingredients including protein substitutes, supplements, soy isoflavones, and plant-based meat. Our focus is turning soybeans into powder using ultra-fine grinding technology without losing its “power,” flavor, and nutrients. Soybeans have not been widely used as ingredients in our food until now. We believe that by turning them into powder, it will be more readily available to be used in different scenes.
